Our firm provides audit, review and compilation services to closely-held businesses and not-for-profit entities. We participate in the AICPA’s quality review of accounting and auditing services. We also provide specialty services such as accounting manuals, internal control studies and fraud detection and prevention services. On completion of an audit, we normally issue a management letter with recommendations, and observations relating to improvements, reporting and other operational issues.
